Best classroom practices comprise both teaching and classroom management strategies and tend to arise from the intersection of instructor experience with theory and practice. While nothing teaches teaching like classroom experience, this wiki-node is intended to offer college teachers of basic (as well as first-year) writing a wide variety of research-based and theoretically grounded instructional practices, as well as a collection of resources for further research.
