I’m using this as a testspace for possible glossary solutions.

I see two possible scenarios:

1--All glossary words on one page, using a bullet markup for each new language:

• WORD/CONCEPT
  • annotate language1
  • annotate language2
  • etc.
• WORD/CONCEPT
  • L1
  • L2
  • etc.

The problem with this one-page solution would be that it becomes too long and difficult to use—to find things and to add new annotations / words.

You have one page with alpha list of words/concepts, and each word has its own wiki page, for the various annotations.
