About the List:
- To edit information about any of the schools on the list, click on the school’s name. That will take you to that school’s information page. Click the “Edit Form” link at the bottom right corner of that page, and you can add / delete / revise information using the form. You will be asked for a password; it is fa05ll (that’s zero five in the middle of “fall”).

Each semester, I randomly choose 7 students from each section of fyc who have agreed to participate anonymously in assessment. They are each given a copy card and asked to copy a paper from the beginning, middle, and end of the semester. These papers are scored according to a rubric and analyzed in terms of overall and individual trends in scores. As I collect data, the dept discusses strengths and weaknesses of the program and implements changes as needed. This project is still rather new, but it's already encouraged us to make the course somewhat more consistent. |
