Home PageFAQ: What are some of the available resources for the training of university writing center tutors? “Annotated Bibliography of Resources for Training Writing Center Tutors” This bibliography was assembled by Alison Brown, a graduate student in the Gevirtz Graduate School of Education at University of California, Santa Barbara. Her degree emphasis is in Language, Literacy, and Composition Studies, and she is a student of Dr. Susan McLeod. Her research interests include university writing centers, writing program administration, first year composition, and writing across the curriculum. She selected the included bibliographic entries from the resources that were available to her at the time of production (2006). However, she purposefully searched for resources that were practice-based or had some examples of a practical application.
